All of our designs are handcrafted and the materials used are delicate and should be handled with care. However, should your jewelry ever need repair, please contact us, as we will always stand behind our product. Please fill out a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) form. We respond within 48 hours with a RMA# and instructions on where to ship your repair. Repairs generally take a week from the day the item is received until we ship it back to you. All in Heels® will pay for return shipping to the customer.
Items may be returned in their original and unused condition for credit within 10 days of receipt. All returns must be accompanied by the original receipt and original packaging. Return shipping to our studio is not credited.
Please include a copy of your RMA inside the package and make sure the RMA# is written clearly on the outside of the package. We strongly advise that you ship all merchandise pre-paid and insured (All in Heels® is not responsible for lost or damaged packages).
It is possible that discontinued items may not be repairable or replaceable, as some or all of the findings may no longer be available. Return shipping to the customer will be paid by All in Heels®.
Items purchased through other retailers are not eligible for exchange or store credit at shopallinheels.com. Please work directly with the retailer where the original purchase was made.
Please note that any custom order is a final sale and not returnable.
If you want a piece of jewelry adjusted for length, gemstone, or other materials, we will do our best to meet your expectations. A fee will be charged according to the required adjustments. Costs will vary depending on the use of stones, materials, and requested adjustments.
As a customer of the All in Heels® brand, you will be added to our email list to receive promotional emails from time to time. All email messages from All in Heels® have an option to unsubscribe or opt-out of the list.

The recipient is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. All in Heels® has no control over these charges, nor can All in Heels® predict what they may be.
Customs, duties, and taxes are non-refundable: so a shipment that is refused because of unexpected import fees, the cost of the original shipping and any return shipping charges will not be refunded. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for more information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. Although this does not happen often, be aware that customs may delay packages up to six (6) weeks.

Our goal is to process and ship orders within two - five business days. There will be a delay in shipping if billing information is inaccurate, or if the payment company discovers an issue.
Business days are Monday - Friday, excluding Federal Holidays within the United States.
